Best Ad Networks For Small Publishers In 2018

What could be the best Ad Networks for new bloggers in 2018?

You might be coming across many results after searching about which ad networks would be the best for your blog and make money with them, right? If so, what do you think, would be the best for you?

You might have heard about, ShareASale, Revcontent, Exponential, and Criteo. They are unbelievably popular when we talk about ad networks and are the best of all other ad networks across the globe. But the problem for most newbie bloggers is they are so difficult to get approved.

So, here, I would like to point out the best ad networks that would be very good for small publishers.

Best Ad Networks For Small Publishers

1. Chitika

Chitika is another Adsense alternative ad network, launched in 2003, in Massachusetts, United States. Chitika has either CPC or CPM networks for blogs or websites monetization. It works well with Google Adsense as well.

Unlike other ad networks like ShareASale, Chitika does not have minimum traffic requirement for approval. The signup process is really easy and it takes only around 3 minutes.

However, your blog will be rejected in case the niche of your blog is about alcohol and drugs, and other related items, weaponry, sexual orientation.

Join Chitika from here.

2. Infolinks

If you are a person who is really interested in blogging, you might be very familiar with what is Infolinks, because it is the best Adsense alternative for blog monetization. Getting approval for Adsense is really hard for newbies as Adsense has various rules, restrictions, terms, and policies for site approval. In case you aren't approved yet by Adsense or is rejected, Infolinks is the best for you because it doesn't have as many restrictions as Adsense.

One thing I really like about Infolinks is its unique styles of monetization, which is called In-Text ad. If you look around this article you would see some red coloured text with double underlined. They are a good example of In-Text ads. When you hover around those texts with your cursor, you would see pop-ups on them. These are one of the unique styles of their monetization for publishers like us.

Like Chitika, Infolinks also has CPC as well as CPM networks for monetization.

Join infolinks from here.

3. Commission Junction (

Commission Junction is one of the largest affiliate networks when it comes to affiliate marketing. It is founded in Santa Barbara, California in the year 1998.

The signup process for Commission Junction ( is straightforward and easy. The only thing you need to have is a blog or website for advertisers. After you have signed up, you will see many advertisers' ads which you can join and promote in your blog. But, before you can promote any ads, you need to join them first and you will receive messages whether the advertisers approve you or reject you. If you are approved, your work is to start promoting and earn incomes through them. But, if you are rejected by the advertisers you join, don't waste your time on them, go ahead to other advertisers' ads to join.

4. Ads Terra

Ads Terra was founded in Scotland in 2013 and now it has quickly expanded worldwide. At present, it is working with 190 different countries for publisher and advertiser.

Ads Terra is a CPM, CPA and CPC ads networks and mainly specialize in Pop-Under Ads type.

Ads Terra has minimum requirements for blog/site monetization approval. They are – every site or blog must have at least 5000 impressions per months to qualify for pop-under ads, and at least 50,000 impressions per months for banner ads. No illegal or adult site is allowed in Ads Terra.

So, if your blogs or sites have the above amount of impressions, then Ads Terra would be yours for your blog monetization.

5. RevenueHits

RevenueHits is one of the best ad networks I too have been using so far. It is started in 2008 and is an Israel based ad network. It provides CPM, CPL and CPA ads for publishers.

The signing up process is easy and immediate. Just fill out all necessary details and hit Register, and confirm through your mail. That's all.

Join RevenueHits? Click here.

6. Peerfly

Peerfly, with no doubt, is the largest CPA network. If you have been looking for affiliate marketing with CPA networks, Peerfly is the best ad network for you.

However, joining Peerfly would be a bit difficult if you are new to affiliate marketing. When you are signing up for it, you would be asked about your experiences about affiliate marketing, and how you would be promoting Peerfly offers if you are approved. So, a wise and accurate answer would be needed while applying for it.

Peerfly has a very good range of offers for different countries you could promote from your blog.

One thing which I really like Peerfly is, they are easy to communicate with their teams in case we have any difficulties in promoting their offers. They are reachable anytime with their provided mail and resolve problems.

Join Peerfly from here.

7. PopAds

PopAds, the last, but not the least is another great CPM ad network based on pop-under and pop-up ads, started in 2010, in Costa Rica. It has its office at Poland and United States.

Signing up to PopAds takes just two minutes or less. As per my experience, PopAds is just so good and great. Though it doesn't provide detailed information about earnings, it automatically updates on the dashboard after every 12 hours, which really excites me.

Join PopAds from here.

Apart from the above ten ad networks, there are also many other to be pointed out. But as per my experience, there are no other ad networks that are better than what I have pointed out above.

My advice to you is just to try joining all the above best ad networks I have listed out. Depending on your blog appearance, navigation, traffic, structures, and niche, and their terms and policies, you might get approved by all.

Every blogger tries their level best to make blog visible to search engine by applying different techniques and methods. But, for new blogs, ranking on search engine is something that is really difficult if they are just a month or two from the date of publishing. In the meantime, there are many old blogs that couldn't be ranked high or are still lowest on search engine.
    Beginners blogspot SEO guide

Have you ever browse typing a particular keywords like make blog visible to search engine, make blog rank higher on search engine, etc. in your browser, clicking next after next till the last page of search engine? Many people won't do that. But I did many times just to see which site or blog is the lowest and what could be the reasons for being the last in the search engine or won't even appear? I used to checked my own blog page by entering the keywords many times by the time I just started a blog, and I won't found them because the search engine won't even show them. There were some reasons why my pages didn't even appear. There were many very important things I missed out.

Firstly, only concentrating on a blog posts and pages was killing me. I wasted most my time on that. I wrote many contents and published them one by one week after week. In the meantime, I won't even have a single visitor in many days. Yes, this thing happens to most of us, especially newbie bloggers.

Visitors started flowing to my site only after I followed the following steps. Only writing and posting many contents was not enough. You might have many unique contents without visitors. So, apart from creating unique contents, we need visitors to our blog.

Less Than $1 for .com. Get yours now!

Ok, let's get on to our main point.

Note :— This article is meant only for newbie blogspot bloggers.

There are certain rules that we need to follow and work with our blogs to get higher rank in the search engine.

    Blog Settings For SEO

    • Click Settings, just below ‘Theme’, to start the work. See the screenshot I have pasted below.
    • After you have clicked Settings (just below Theme), you would be automatically on Basic. So, on Basic Setting, you will see Title on the top of the page. Click ‘edit’, and enter you preferred blog title. Below Title, you will find ‘Description’. Now, enter the description of your blog by clicking ‘edit’. Here, the description must be relevant to the Title. And finally, below Description, you will see ‘Privacy’ which is the most important in this point. And that is ‘Listed on Blogger. Visible to search engine’. Click ‘edit’. You will see two questions to be answered by checking the radio button. Check ‘Yes’ for your answer to both the questions. Then click ‘Save Changes’. Now, you are done with the Basic.
    • For the next step, Click ‘Search Preferences’. On top of the page under Meta Tags, click ‘edit’ to edit the Meta tags description. Check ‘Yes’ for the question ‘Enable Search Description?’. In the text area, enter your blog description, the niche description of your blog, not more than 150 characters. Then, click ‘Save Changes’ button. The importance of this is, when search engine shows your blog, this is what the search engine will show up for the description of your blog. So, it should be relevant to your blog title and URL of your blog. Think of a good description that would best match to your blog title. Irrelevant descriptions with title looks funny for the readers and visitors.

    Blog Setting for SEO
    • Now, go to Custom robots.txt, it is just below 'google search console'. Enable the custom robots.txt content by choosing 'yes'. A text box will appear after enabling it. Enter your blog custom robots.txt file in the field, and click the ‘Save changes’ button. See the screenshot below – Blog setting for SEOIf you are not aware of your robots.txt file, copy the below text, change ‘yoursite’ to the name of your site, and paste it in the provided field.

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /search
    Allow: /

    • Now, click ‘edit’ to Custom robots header tags, and enable it by choosing ‘yes’. Check the boxes as shown in the screenshot below, and click ‘Save changes’ button to save.
However, regard to robots.txt, it will depend on your wish whether to show certain pages in the search engine or not. If you want to show all your pages and posts, and you have nothing to hide, just follow the above steps.

So, the above points are just the beginning of the work to blogspot SEO guide for beginners.

Now, let's head on to Google Search Console —

Adding Site To Google Search Console For SEO

To work with Search Console, first of all we need to add our blog to the Search Console and verify it. To do that we need to follow the certain points –

To proceed, click Settings on your blog dashboard, go to Search Preferences and then click ‘edit’ link of the Google Search Console. You will be taken to the next tab, to Google Search Console. Our next work starts from here.

    3. Copy the downloaded file and upload to your website/blog.
    4. To confirm the successful upload, click the link of step 3. If it is confirmed, after you click the link, you will land on your blog/site.

      • A small windows with your blog name and text input box will appear. Type sitemap.xml in the text input box and click ‘Test’ button, and then view the result. See the screenshot below –
      • If there isn't any error, click the ‘ADD/DELETE SITEMAPS’ button once again and repeat the same process. This time click the ‘Submit’ button. However, it will take a few days for Google to start crawling and indexing. But don't worry, it will start appearing in the Google search engine.

      Fetch As Google For SEO

This is another tool which is very important for every site or blog. It is a tool to test whether a blog or website is search engine friendly or not. • Click ‘Crawl’ menu which is counted third from the last, or is between Google Index and Security Issues. Once you click, a drop-down menu will appear.
      • Click ‘Fetch as Google’. After you click, a page in the format of the above picture will appear.
      • To fetch and render the home page, leave the box blank as it is, and then click ‘Fetch and Render’ button and wait for a minute or two. Once it finish rendering, you will see if it's complete or partial. Complete means everything is fine and Google is ready to index your page. In the meantime, partial would means that there is something that Google couldn't crawl. That might be because of ads links, some no follow links, or any other reason. However, don't worry for that. Just think as fine for now. See the screenshot below. The below screenshot appear as partial because I created it just for tutorial, and it doesn't contain anything.

How To Interlink All Posts And Pages Of A blog

Building link to all pages and posts is very important for a blog because it is a tool that generates more traffic to a blog, rank higher in search engine, and so on.

Building link, how to interlink all posts and pages of a blog

These days, I visited so many blogs to see how they are doing with their blog by visiting to other professional blog comments, and one of my findings is that most of them failed to interlink their blog posts to another older posts.
So, this article is going to teach us how to link newer posts with related older posts.

      How to interlink?

      • Visit or view one of your post.
      • Copy the URL of the post from the browser search bar.
      • Now, go to the relevant post that you want to link the post with.
      • Select the text that you want link to the post.
      • After selecting, click the link button at the tool bar located at the top, it will be near by the add photo button. When you click the link button, a pop-up windows will be shown where you will find a place to paste the link.
      • Now past the URL you have copied.
      • Now click Add button.
      • Update or publish the post.
That's all. You are done. To test, view your post and click at the linked text. The link will take you to that post you have linked.

To make it more clear, look at this article from top to bottom, you will find some of the text that are red in colour. All these red coloured sentences are linked to other related posts. Another example – How to drive huge traffic to a blog. Now, if you click the above red sentence, it will take you to another blog post called how to drive huge traffic to a blog.

Also, if you scroll down to the end of this article, you will see lists of suggested reading with bullet points. All of them are interlinked to other related posts of my blogs.

This is how posts and pages are interlinked to one another. However, what we should keep in mind while interlinking posts and pages is, we should never interlink posts and pages that are not related to each other. Again, don't link them too many. Three to five links per page is good and smart to see. To better understand which and what to interlink, you can visit some of my posts and check them out how I did and how the linked posts are related to each other.

      Let's sum up —

Importance of interlinking posts and pages of a blog —

      1. Help pages rank higher in search engine.
      2. Increase pages or site visitors.
      3. Make easier for search engine to crawl and index pages.
      4. Giving chances for visitors to stay longer on site.
      5. Make easier for visitors to navigate pages which thus boost page views.

Blog Meaning And Benefits Of Creating A Blog

      Blog Meaning And Benefits

There are countless bloggers these days who want and tried their level best to be professional bloggers. In the meantime, there are many people who don't really know blog meaning and benefits of creating a blog.

There are also so many questions that I received, asking me blog meaning and benefits of creating a blog, and this is what compelled me greatly to write this article and post it on my blog so that there might be at least some who could get benefit from it. If you are new to what actually is blogging and wants to know curiously, I'm confident that you too would have the same questions within you.

Blog meaning and benefits. All affiliate site

The way I used to explain blog meaning is – A Blog is a platform where people share their ideas and thoughts, wherein return they received incomes from it by monetizing their blog by promoting affiliate networks and their products. It can also be said as the best part of the work from home to get passive income.

Let us explain in more detail.

      Blog Meaning –

Blogging means sharing any kinds of information in a form of article, audio, and video using a blog, where a blog is a short form of weblog. There are two different platforms that are most commonly used by bloggers. They are – Blogger Blogspot and Wordpress. The people who write and share articles, audios, and videos in blog are called Bloggers.

      Benefits of Blogging

There are tones of bloggers who have chosen to blog as their professions and career instead of working in private companied for incomes. Yes, there were many who even left their jobs and choose to blog for their lifetime careers. In India, we have such prominent bloggers like Harsh Agarwal, Amit Agarwal, Shivya Nath, and many others.

When you open up your Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer or any of web browsers to search for certain things you want to know, you entered keywords in the search box and click search on it, search engine gives you many results. Now, if you click at any of the topics you want, it will take you to a blog or a website. What I want to say is, some of the website or blog you are landing on might be of private or personal, while others might be of government or business. This means, websites or blogs are used for personal (owned by individuals, e.g., the blog that you are on it now –, for business purposes like,,, etc., and government like,, etc. With much advanced in information technology today, numbers of personal websites or blogs also came into existence. Like, I could have my own personal blog where you could get all pieces of information about blogging and blogging tutorial. So, when we talk about the benefits of blogging, apart from blogging passion, blogging is for making money. It is the best work from home to earn passive income.

About ten or fifteen years ago, having a  blog by an individual wasn't easy at all. But now, it becomes the most popular in the field of technology. Many people have nowadays started creating their own personal blogs to make money. Yes, there are many ways that could be earned from a blog. Bloggers have been earning even six figures every month from their blogs! But how?? The question for newbies would be ‘how?’. The answer is, most bloggers monetize their blogs by selling their own digital products like ebooks, by selling physical products like books, fashions, etc, by affiliate marketing (learn how does affiliate marketing works?) and many other ways.

Where and how do I create a Blog?

As I have mentioned above, the easiest place to create a blog is either on Blogger Blogspot or Wordpress. Newbies most recommended platform is Blogger Blogspot because it is the platform where you don't need any special technical skills in blog operation. All you need is to be mastered in creating unique and useful contents for your blog.

Learn how to create a blog with Blogger Blogspot.

My second recommendation is Wordpress. If you are mastered with Blogger Blogspot and you think that Blogger Blogspot is not enough for you, Wordpress would be a good place for you. For professional bloggers, there are no blogging platforms that are better than Wordpress. Out of all websites and blogs on the internet, 30 percent, or maybe more, are created using Wordpress. Wordpress is the best place where you can create your own private and personal blog and have a passive income for a lifetime.

Which web hosting service to use?

Website or blog with web hosting is a must. Web hosting is a physical location of a blog or website. It is a service that makes your blog available to be seen or viewed by others on an internet.

Recently, I listed out the top five web hosting platforms of 2018 based on reviews made by others. Here are the lists.
      1. Bluehost
      2. WP Engine
      3. 1&1 Hosting
      4. Inmotion Hosting
      5. Siteground
The above web hostings are the most prominent and most used by popular bloggers and website on the internet. I too have been using Bluehost, and as far as I know, customer service is excellent. But, it doesn't mean the other four are to be put in the second preferred platforms. To know more about them read Top five web hosting platforms 2018.

      How to monetize

This point would be the most important. I have said so many times that blogging needs passion. There are many bloggers who had left their blogging career due to many reasons. The most known reason is due to the lack of monetization. Apart from blogging as passion, one should know the process of monetization, how to make money from a blog.

For newbie bloggers, one should join affiliate networks to monetize a blog. Some of the very popular ads networks every newbie could join are –
      1. Chitika
      2. RevenueHits (immediate approval)
      3. PopAds
      4. Infolinks
      5. Amazon Affiliate
      6. Peerfly
These are only some of the popular ads networks I pointed out. Apart from these, there are many other affiliate programs which you can sign up to them. However, while signing up to affiliate networks, we need to be careful too, because there are many affiliate networks which are unsafe to join.

One should do a careful study to every ads networks and other affiliate programs before joining to them. That can be done easily by reading reviews made by other experts and experienced user.

Signing up to the above networks could help you much more than you expect in monetization if paid good attention to them.

So, If you are clear about Blog meaning and benefits, your next work is to start implementing it. Don't waste your time thinking whether to do or not to. If you have a good writing skill, start doing it. Blogging might be yours.
